Bold lip color

Quick makeup tip of the day. When wearing a bold lip color always wear a light eye. Just mascara and top eyeliner will do the trick, but if you are obsessed with eyeliner like me lining the lower lash  very thin is ok too (as seen below).  Heavy eye and bold lip at the same time makes you look like a clown  :)
